Spinach Artichoke Dip

The first time, I tried Spinach Artichoke Dip was at Applebee's. I felt in love with it, so I decided to recreate my own.

Spinach Artihoke Dip

Ingredients

2 cups paramesan cheese
1 (10 oz) box spinach (frozen chopped, thawed and drained)
1 (14 oz) Artichoke hearts
2/3 cups sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic (minced)

Making the Dip

Preheat oven to 375
Mix together paramesan cheese, spinach, and artihoke hearts
Combine remaining ingredients nad mix with spinach mixture
Bake for 20-30 mins
Serve with crackers or toasted bread
